WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that HALL COUNTY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT NO. 2 as successor to SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 30, a body corporate and politic, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of Five Thouse,J, TNrec Avs,Jv <,/ re. a4 %o <br />($�310, 6 /f._ ) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, hereby grants, <br />bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />A municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract <br />of land for a public right -of -way comprising a part of Lot's Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Sussex <br />Place Subdivision in Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprised of the west Seventy (70) feet of Lot 8, and the west <br />Forty (40) feet of Lot 9 Sussex Place Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County Nebraska.
