<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by Joe A Ramirez and Katherine A Ramirez, husband and wife, as TRUSTOR, to Jerry J
<br />Milner, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of Associates Financial Services Company, Inc., as
<br />BENEFICIARY, dated November 2, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Register of

<br />said Associates Financial Services Company, Inc., BENEFICIARY has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Recwnveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by its

<br />the written request of the BENEFICIARY, the undersigned TRUSTEE does by these
<br />presents GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE, AND RECONVEY to the person or persons
