WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated April 23, 1992, and executed by HMS Enterprises, Inc., a Kansas Corporation -57-5-" <br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as <br />Document No. 92- 103892 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated May 5, 1992, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Antonson Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NEI /4NEI /4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township eleven Q 1) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6" P.M.
