TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE •4 U <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200300919 <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />JERRY M MILLER AND PAMELA S SOBF.,R- MILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated SEPTEMBER 6, 2001 and recorded SEPTEMBER 11 <br />2001 AS Document # 0200109201. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE <br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; . <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT ONE (1) RAVENOAKS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 9th day of January , 2003. <br />Arend R.
