<br />Industrial Park West Subdivision, Vacated Fortune Street and a part of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SEI /4), all in Section Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6" P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Subdivision; thence running northwesterly along the northeasterly
<br />line of Indianhead Subdivision on an Assumed Hearing of

<br />northerly line of Indianhead Subdivision, a distance of One Hundred
