<br />This Corrective Amended Declaration is made this 17th day of June, 2004, by Ward F. Hoppe, Manager of Walnut
<br />Redevelopment, LLC, as general partner of Walnut Housing, Ltd., Grantor, herein after called the ( "Declarant'), for itself, its 1q. -5 p
<br />successors, grantees and assigns.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />1. Declaration of Purpose. The purpose of this Declaration is to amend the Declaration of Old Walnut filed on
<br />December 12, 2003 and found as Instrument number 2003 -15961 in the offices of the Register of Deeds of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Supplemented by Supplemental Declaration filed on April 29, 2004 as Instrument number 2004 -04208 in the offices
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. Ownership. The undersigned, Walnut Redevelopment, LLC, is the owner of one hundred percent (100 %) of the
<br />allocated interests in the Condominium, and makes and consents to this amendment.
<br />3. Amendment. The declaration is hereby amended by canceling the exhibit A attached to the initial declaration
<br />and substituting the exhibit A dated 5/28/04, attached, in its stead.
<br />4. Ratification. The remainder of the Declaration is confirmed and ratified.
