<br />Trust dated, March 31, 2003, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, as Trustor, \
<br />in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the C\�1
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall county, in Instrument Number 200304338 and re- recorded as Instrument #200312901 has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, a portion of the real property described C

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely Richard L.
<br />Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife.
<br />A portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, towit:
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W I /2NE1 /4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Appraisal Report in

<br />The Trustee retains all the property described in the Deed of Trust excepting only that portion
<br />described above.
