<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of`rrust made among JACK S. '� o
<br />MADSEN AND DONNA F. MADSEN, husband and wife,'I'rustor, and Central National Bank o
<br />as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated April 20, 2001, and recorded on April 26, l \'
<br />2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />200103707 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of'frust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as'fmstee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE EAST 34 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 3 IN
<br />CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
