<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ay of June, 2004, The Provident Bank, an Ohio 
<br />banking corporation, d/b /a PCFS Financial Services, Inc., as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, against Ted H. Menard and Sharon L. Menard, as defendants, the object and prayer of such 
<br />Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Ted H. Menard and Sharon L. 
<br />Menard, husband and wife, to American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, Trustee, for the benefit of Homeowners 
<br />Loan Corp., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above - 
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the 
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated July 
<br />20, 2001, and was recorded August 1, 2001, as Instrument Number 2001 -07601 of the Mortgage Records of Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, to -wit: 
<br />LOT 4, BLOCK 124, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY CO'S SECOND ADDITION TO GRAND 
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT 
<br />THEREOF, 
<br />that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to PCFS Financial Services, Inc., by written assignment 
<br />recorded on June 4, 2002, as Instrument Number 2002 -05932 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County; that such 
<br />deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to PCFS Financial Services, Inc., by written assignment recorded on 
<br />March 10, 2003, as Instrument Number 2003 -02791 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County; that such deed of trust 
<br />was sold, transferred, and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota N.A., by written assignment recorded on 
<br />February 9, 2004, as Instrument Number 2004 -01122 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, and that such deed 
<br />of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff, by written assignment recorded on June 4, 2004, as 
<br />Instrument Number 2004 -05560 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
