<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tory W. Kort and Jessica J. Kort, 
<br />Husband and Wife, and UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 9, 2001 and
