<br /> Deed of Trust dated December 23, 1997, executed by Sandy K. Meyer,a single person, in which Five �
<br /> Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in the office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document#97-110896 on the 29th day of
<br /> December, 1997,and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot One(1),Block Eight(8),Arnold Place Addirion to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without wananty,to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
