<br />    		Trust dated October 6, 1995, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall 		��

<br />    		as an Unmarried Person, was identified as Trustor;

<br />    		such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />    		published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
