<br /> � WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms o.f a certain Deed of �
<br /> Trust dated October 6, 1995, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall ��
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document No. 95-106868 on October 10, 1995, wherein Michael M. Baca,
<br /> as an Unmarried Person, was identified as Trustor;
<br /> WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br /> such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br /> published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br /> Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br /> WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br /> date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br /> dated October 6, 1995, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No.
<br /> 95-106868, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty-Seven
<br /> Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($37,500.00) as credit against the indebtedness
<br /> secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such
<br /> Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto The
<br /> Overland National Bank of Grand Island, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real
<br /> estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Forty-One (141), in Union Pacific
<br /> Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska,
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br /> ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br /> and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
