<br /> The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated October �o
<br /> 21, 1994,wherein Kevin R. Lutz and Ann Sukraw-Lutz, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors,
<br /> which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br /> October 21, 1994, as Document No. 94-108622, and contains as trust property, the following-
<br /> described real estate:
<br /> Lot Nine (9) and Lot Ten (10), Block Fifty-Four(54), Charles Wasmer's
<br /> Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property and all easements,
<br /> appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, all replacements and
<br /> additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it
<br /> being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property",
<br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Kevin R. Lutz
<br /> and Ann Sukraw-Lutz, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect
<br /> to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br /> sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated October 21, 1994,
<br /> owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, pursuant
<br /> to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation.
