<br />       		Trustee,which was recorded as Doc. #86-103348, 91-107390, 94-102797, 97-104387 and 90-100538 in the
<br />       		Register of Deeds office in Hall County,Nebraska,recorded on June 23, 1986,November 4, 1991,April 6,
<br />       		1994,June 4, 1997 and February 2, 1990,and
<br /> 				WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />       		as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />       		as follows:
<br />       		Lot Eight(8),Block Twelve(12), Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />       		Nebraska
<br />       		said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> 				NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />       		the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
