<br />THOMAS E. MIDDLETON, a single person, GRANTOR, representing a Capital
<br />Contribution to GRANTEE, MIDDLETON PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability o
<br />company, quitclaims to GRANTEE all of Grantor's interest in the following- described real estate

<br />Four Hundred Ninety and Nine Tenths (490.9) feet; thence deflecting 91'05' to
<br />the left and running Southerly, along the West line of the public roadway Six
