<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Todd A. Headlund and Kelly
<br />A. Hedlund, husband and wife, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary rum. d therein dated August 30a', 2002 and recorded September 3, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Preska as Document Number 0200209236 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
