<br /> You are hereby notified that on or about date June 11, 1999, Ottaco Acceptance,
<br /> Inc., a Michigan Corporation, filed its Petition and action in the District Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, against Edward M. Hall, Kay Ellen Hall, John Doe and Mary Doe, real
<br /> names unknown, and any and all persons who have or claim some lien upon or in the real
<br /> estate described below, Defendants, Case No. C199-301,the object and prayer of which
<br /> is to foreclose a certain tax sale certificate No. 290 which was originally issued on or about
<br /> March 15, 1996, by the Hall County Treasurer, conveying the following described real
<br /> estate:
