<br />    			WHEREAS  the undersi  ned  Five Points Bank  a Nebraska Cor oration  as Trustee       �

<br />  		under the Deeds of Trust dated January 13, 1997 and December 27, 1997 executed by Kevin
<br />  		Hulse and Tammie L. Hulse, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named     �
<br />  		Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded January 17, 1997 and January
<br />  		12,  1998, in the Hall County Register of Deeds O�ce as Document No. 97-100408 and 98-
<br />  		100241,  and
<br />    			WHEREAS,  said undersigned,  Five Points Bank,  as Trustee,  has received from  Five
<br />  		Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />  		Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />  		Lot  Twenty  Three  (23),  Westwood  Park  Second  Subdivision,  Grand  Island,  Hall  County,
<br />  		Nebraska.
<br />  		said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />  		paid;
<br />     			NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />  		Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />  		persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
