Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Doyle L. Hulme and Kay V. Hulme, husband and
<br />wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska , by Deed of Trust dated the 2nd day of June ,
<br />1995, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of
<br />Nebraska, on the 23rd day of June, 1995, as Document No. 95- 104196, the South Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of Section Thirty -two, Township Twelve North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty -two, Township Twelve North, Range Twelve West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed filed
<br />September 29, 1884 in Book 3, Page 258, of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith,
<br />Attorney, Trustee, certain real estate in said Deed of Trust described in trust to secure the payment of the
<br />indebtedness mentioned therein.
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been full satisfied;
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate
<br />and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest
<br />which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust
<br />particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />To Have And To Hold The Saine, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging forever. And Further, that the said Trust Deed is by these presents to be considered
<br />as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
