<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 10, 2021,
<br />executed by Innate Development 2, LLC; as Trustor(s), in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded November 10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202109565, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the
<br />property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:

<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being partially released
<br />hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
