Webb Road, Suite 203 Grand Island, NE 68803 NOTICE OF COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT 1. Notice of Community Benefits Agreement. Notice is hereby given that Trailblazer CO2 Pipeline, LLC ("Operator") and Bold Alliance, Inc. ("Bold") are parties to a Community Benefits Agreement dated March 27, 2024 (the "CBA"), which may make available potential payments to certain landowners on the Trailblazer CO2 pipeline system, subject to the terms and conditions of the CBA. 2. Term and Payment Schedule. The CBA term commences on the Commercial Operations Date of November 28, 2025 (the "Commencement Date") and continues for a period of ten (10) years thereafter (the "Term"). Landowners proportional amounts of any available funds, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the CBA, will be paid annually, with each payment payable no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after each anniversary of the Commencement Date, during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions of the CBA. 3. Purpose of Notice. This Notice is recorded to inform all current and future owners of the properties identified in Exhibit "A" of the existence of the CBA and the procedures for payment eligibility and administration. 4. Pipeline Easement Agreements. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is a list of Recorded Pipeline Easement Agreements subject to the CBA. 5. Payment Direction and Change of Ownership. Payments to landowners under the CBA will be made to the original landowner(s) of record as identified in the agreements listed in Exhibit "A," unless a subsequent owner provides Operator with: a. written notice of change in ownership of the underlying property;
