That existing sanitary sewer easements in Voss Subdivision, as recorded on <br />July 29, 1970, in Miscellaneous Book 20, Page 692 and June 17, 1971, in Miscellaneous Book <br />21, Page 665 at the Hall County Register of Deeds, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />THE EAST ELEVEN (11) FEET OF PART OF LOT ONE (1), VOSS <br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />is hereby vacated. Such portion of easements to be vacated is shown and more particularly <br />described on Easement Vacate Exhibit 1 attached hereto. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall <br />revert to the owner or owners of the real estate upon which the easement is located. <br />
