<br />WHEREAS, that certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Leases, Security Agreement
<br />and Fixture Filing was executed by and among Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc., f/k/a Bosselman,
<br />Inc. ("Trustor"), whose mailing address is 1607 S. Locust St., Suite A, Box 4905, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68802-4905, Attention: Brandi Bosselman, and James M. Pfeffer, Attorney -at -Law
<br />("Trustee"), whose mailing address is c/o Dvorak Law Group, LLC, 9500 West Dodge Road, Suite 100,
<br />Omaha, Nebraska 68114, and Commerce Bank ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address is 1000 Walnut
<br />Street, BB17-1, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, Attention: Alan Disbrow, dated February 28, 2023, and
<br />recorded on March 2, 2023 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 202300986; and
<br />WHEREAS, all indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid or satisfied, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the undersigned Trustee execute and deliver this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to fully release the Deed of Trust;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary made to the Trustee, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, does hereby grant, remise, release, and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, all of the interest and estate derived to or held by the Trustee
<br />by or through said Deed of Trust in the real property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference.
