Vess and Cynthia Kay Vess, <br />husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Ian O.
