<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />CONSOLIDATED CONCRETE CO., a Nebraska corporation, herein called the
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4, SE1/4), of
<br />Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />PM, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad Company land, the utility easement and right-of-way tract being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />The southerly twenty (20.0) feet of the easterly twenty (20.0) feet of a tract
<br />of land described in Instrument #201308698, recorded in the Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Register of Deeds Office, comprising part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NE1/4,SE1/4) of Section Twenty -Four (24),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th PM, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
