Walsh, Attorney for the Trustee, Equitable Bank, under a <br />certain Deed of Trust dated October 6, 2011, wherein Jon J. Ostermeier, an unmarried individual, <br />is the Trustor, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on October 14, 2011, as Instrument No. 201107691; and contains as trust property the <br />following -described real property together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on <br />the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, <br />and all replacements thereof and additions thereto (the "Real Property"); <br />Lot Five (5), Block One Hundred Forty -Five (145), Union Pacific Railway Co's <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 604 Yund Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Adjustable Rate Note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust, and further that Trustor conveyed the Real Property without Trustee's prior written <br />consent in violation of the terms of the above -referenced Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated <br />October 6, 2011, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Equitable Bank, pursuant to the terms of <br />the Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: <br />Kevin P.
