7) <br />0 CASH /4'-G� <br />CHECK <br />X c REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />m � RECORDED <br />�� a HALL COUNTY NE <br />cm Z. <br />T Zen 2 1 b 5 101b AP - a A 11: 51 <br />c4:3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. aDa(o _a 1$ <br />i ; 'NOLO <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE STRUCTURES AT THE NORTH HALF <br />(N1/2) OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK ONE (1), DODD AND MARSHALL'S <br />ADDITION, NEBRASKA, TO BE UNSAFE BUILDINGS PROHIBITED UNDER <br />THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the <br />City of Wood River, Nebraska that the structures located at 1305 Lilley Street, <br />Wood River, Nebraska, are declared unsafe buildings as defined by Section 9-401 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of Wood River, Nebraska (the "Code") because the <br />structures are (a) dangerous to the public health because of their condition, and <br />which may cause or aid in the spread of disease or injury to the health of the <br />occupants of either or neighboring structures; (b) especially liable to fire and <br />constitutes or creates a fire hazard because of faulty construction, age, lack of <br />proper repair, or any other cause; (c) liable to cause injury or damage by the <br />collapse or fall of all or any part of such structure, by reason of faulty construction <br />or any other cause. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the structures in question, are located on <br />the property legally described as follows: <br />The North Half (N1/2) of Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Dodd and <br />Marshall's Addition, City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the structures in question, two mobile <br />home trailers, have each been assigned a separate parcel number by the County <br />Assessor, as improvements on the aforementioned property, identified as follows: <br />400298082 (more commonly known as 1305 Lilley Street) and 400446928 (more <br />commonly known as 1307 Lilley Street). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 9-402 of the Code, it <br />is unlawful to maintain or permit the existence of any unsafe building within the <br />City; and it is unlawful for the owner, occupant, or person in custody of any unsafe <br />building to permit the same to remain in an unsafe condition or to occupying such <br />building or permit it to be occupied while it is in an unsafe condition. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that, as provided in Section 9-403 of the Code, <br />the City Clerk is directed to post the structures as unsafe accordingly, to file a copy <br />of this Resolution in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds to be recorded, <br />and to serve written notice of this determination upon the owner of the property, <br />and upon any occupants of the structures in question, by certified mail or personal <br />service. <br />Page 5 <br />
