<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2012,
<br />executed by Lenny L Everson and Cindy K Everson; Husband and Wife ("Trustor"), in which CORNERSTONE
<br />BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded November 1, 2012 as Instrument No.
<br />201209249 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee
<br />for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot Six (6) and the Northerly 17.5 feet of Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), Heyde's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Three (3) and the South Eighteen (18) Feet of Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Heyde's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 223/225 and 231/233 S. Sycamore St, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on February 25,
