<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated April 10, 2020,
<br />executed by Lenny L Everson and Cindy K Everson; Husband and Wife ("Trustor"), in which CORNERSTONE
<br />BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded April 14, 2020 as Instrument No.
<br />202002277 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee
<br />for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), Block Fourteen (14), Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2616 W 1st St, Grand Island, NE 68803.
