Trustor Robert Panowicz. Trustee Galen E Stehlik. Beneficiary Michael <br />Panowicz. And, recorded as Instrument No. 201800853 on February 12, 2018. The <br />Beneficiary has represented to the Trustee that either the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust <br />has been paid in full, or that the lien of the Deed of trust should be reconveyed, nevertheless. <br />The Beneficiary's request for reconveyance has been directed to the Trustee in writing. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of trust referred to above.
