CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of <br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of STANLEY J. ROACH <br />and KATHRYN D. ROACH, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the <br />Beneficiaries named therein, dated September 13, 2010, and recorded on November 1, 2011 as <br />Instrument No. 0201006606 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds has been paid, <br />and the said Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed <br />and delivered, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but <br />only as to such premises: <br />An unplatted parcel of ground lying along the West side of Lot Three (3) in Scudder's <br />Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska and better described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot Three (3) in Scudder's Addition to Doniphan, <br />Nebraska; running thence North along the West line of the aforesaid Lot Three (3) One <br />Hundred Forty -Two Feet (142'); thence West at right angles One Hundred Forty -One <br />Feet (141'); thence South at right angles and parallel with the West line of Lot Three (3) <br />One Hundred Forty -Two Feet (142'); thence East at right angles One Hundred Forty -One <br />Feet (141') to the place of beginning, and also described as: Part of the Southwest quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SWIASE'/4) of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Commencing at a point <br />
