Said <br />easement was acquired as TRACT 1 (EXHIBIT "A") by the said City in a part of Outlot <br />K, Legacy 34 Third Subdivision. The error pertains to an incorrect Point of Beginning <br />location. The ACTUAL Point of Beginning should be seven (7.0) feet South of the <br />originally described Point of Beginning. <br />The corrected legal description for said TRACT 1 (EXHIBIT A) to supersede that <br />from instrument number 202505784 is as follows: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION (CORRECTED] <br />TRACT 1 (EXHIBIT "A") <br />Commencing at the Northeast comer of Outlot K, Legacy 34 Fourth <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence <br />on an assumed bearing of S00°28'30"E, along the easterly line of said <br />Outlot K, a distance of seven (7.0) feet to a point on the southerly line <br />-1- <br />
