Said <br />easement was acquired by the said City in a part of Outlot J, Legacy 34 Third <br />Subdivision. The error pertains to the easterly line of the easement tract landing on the <br />property line instead of the northerly line of an existing seven (7.0) foot wide utility <br />easement and the original description called out Legacy 34 Fourth Subdivision and is <br />actually located in Legacy 34 Third Subdivision. <br />The corrected legal description for said tract to supersede that from instrument <br />number 202505785 is as follows: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION (CORRECTED] <br />Beginning at the Northeast comer of Outlot J, Legacy34 Third Subdivision, <br />in the,City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence on an assumed <br />bearing of S00°28'30"E, along the easterly line of said Outlot J, a distance <br />of five hundred and eighty hundredths (500.80) feet to a point on the <br />-1- <br />
