<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, made this 11 day of 1 Cel'r►6Zr , 20 25 , by
<br />and between Andrew P. Carmin, a single person, and Kristi M. Rollen, a single person, of the County of Hall
<br />and State of Nebraska, hereinafter called "Trustor", (whether one or more) and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney
<br />at Law, of Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter called "Trustee", and Steven P. Carmin and Candy I. Carmin,
<br />Husband and Wife, whose address is 201 E. Plum Street, Doniphan, Nebraska 68832 hereinafter called
<br />"Beneficiary";
<br />WITNESSETH, That the Trustor, for good and valuable consideration, including the debt and trust
<br />hereinafter mentioned and created, and the sum of one dollar to Trustor paid by the said Trustee, the receipt
<br />and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, irrevocably grant, bargain and sell,
<br />convey, assign and confirm unto the said Trustee, IN TRUST WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and
<br />security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and condition of this Deed of Trust, the following
<br />described real property situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of
<br />Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the Village of Doniphan,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start a at a point on the west right of way line of
<br />Fifth Street, said point being Forty (40.00) feet west of the northwest corner of Lot Five (5),
<br />Block One (1) of Gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska; said
<br />point also being the northeast corner of a parcel described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed
<br />98-106035, Hall County Register of Deeds Office; thence running southerly, along and upon
<br />said westerly right of way line of Fifth Street, and along and upon the east line of said parcel
<br />described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed 98-106035, a distance of Ninety (90.00) feet to
<br />the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing southerly along and upon said westerly
<br />right of way line of Fifth Street, a distance of Fifty (50.00) feet to the northeast corner of a
<br />parcel described in Deed Book 115, Page 258, Hall County Register of Deeds Office; thence
<br />running westerly along and upon the north line of said parcel described in Deed Book 115,
<br />Page 258, a distance of One Hundred Eighty Two (182.00) feet to the northwest corner of
<br />said parcel described in Deed Book 115, Page 258, said point also being on the east line of
<br />Lot Two (2), Back Home Subdivision in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />thence running northerly, along and upon the east line of said Lot Two (2), Back Home
<br />Subdivision, a distance of Fifty (50.00) feet to the southwest corner of said parcel described
<br />in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed 98-106035; thence running easterly, along and upon the
<br />south line of said parcel described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed 98-106035, a distance
<br />One Hundred Eighty Two (182.00) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER with and including all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, whether now or hereafter acquired, which shall
<br />include, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following:
