Gonzalez and Ana R. Ortiz, husband and wife, are Trustor and Zachary <br />Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 6, <br />2013, and identified as Document No. 201306378, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Part of Lot One (1), Voss Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A" <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />Oc bber I-7 , 2025, by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee. <br />_AWLOUVI Mt15-16-a. <br />Notary Public <br />My commission expires: 1YlxtYck\ -a a, cMalta <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />SUSAN F MOORE <br />My Comm.
