<br />Judith L. Wiegert and Ronald L. Wiegert, wife and husband, herein called the grantor whether
<br />one or more, in consideration of love and affection received from grantee, do hereby quitclaim,
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Judith L. Wiegert and Ronald L. Wiegert, wife and
<br />husband, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, herein called the grantee whether one or
<br />more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Two (2), Island, said tract being in
<br />Section Twenty-three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northeast corner of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW'%NE'/) of said Section Twenty-
<br />three (23), said point also being the northeast corner of said Lot Two (2), Island;
<br />thence southerly, along and upon the east line of said Lot Two (2), Island, a
<br />distance of One Hundred Fifty-six and Eighty-four Hundredths (156.84') Feet to
<br />the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing southerly, along and upon the
<br />last described course, a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-four and
<br />Four tenths (1,164.40') Feet to the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SW'/NE'%), said point also being the southeast corner of
<br />said Lot Two (2), Island; thence deflecting right 90°00' 13" and running westerly,
<br />along and upon the south line of said Lot Two (2), Island, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Sixty-eight and Twenty-six Hundredths (268.26') Feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 89°59'47" and running northerly, parallel with the east line of said Lot Two
<br />(2), Island, a distance of Five Hundred Forty-seven and Ninety-six Hundredths
<br />(547.96') Feet; thence deflecting right 71°41' 19" and running northeasterly, a
<br />distance One Hundred Nineteen and Twenty-one Hundredths (119.21') Feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 52°49'57" and running easterly, a distance of Five Hundred
<br />Fifty and Eight Hundredths (550.08') Feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above -described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
