Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Kelan J. Kava (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Lemke Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, CO Nebraska <br />b. On February 20, 2024, Legacy Outdoor Advertising, LLC entered into a lease (the <br />"Lease") with Kelan J. Kava for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Both parties <br />have a copy of the lease. <br />The term of the Lease is twenty years, beginning on November 11, 2024 (the "Effective <br />Date"), and ending on November 10, 2044.
