Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of�G 54 , 2025, <br />by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Second Deed of Trust <br />wherein Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, is Beneficiary <br />and Shannon Parkison, a single person, is Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Second Deed of Trust, which was filed on July <br />31, 2015, and identified as Document No. 201505230, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Seventy-nine (79), Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Second Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property <br />hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Second Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />Atty,4 t G, � v�-s, by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />My commission expires: <br />GENERAL NOTARY- e of Nebraska <br />GAGALHAMAMPTON <br />rintibe <br />My Comm.
