Alazo Garcia and Yaneilis Alonso Dagostine, husband and wife, are Trustor and <br />Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Second Deed of Trust, which was filed on July <br />1, 2015, and identified as Document No. 201504430, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Seventy-nine (79), Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Second Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property <br />hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Second Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />Nam--Lo,0W5by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />My commission expire <br />4GENF AL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />GAIL HAMPTON <br />My Comm.
