BRUHA, a single person, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Mortgagor," whether one or more, and GREG C. HARRIS and ARLENE K. <br />HARRIS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee," <br />whether one or more. <br />Mortgagee has advanced to Mortgagor the sum of THIRTY-SEVEN <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($37,000.00), which Mortgagor has agreed <br />to repay according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note, herein- <br />after referred to as "Note," of even date made payable to the <br />Mortgagee, the unpaid principal balance of which Note matures on <br />demand.
