<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this `_ day of k , 2025,
<br />by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deey of Trust wherein
<br />Hehnson, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, is Beneficiary and Dilma E. Escobar, a
<br />single person, and Genry D. Mendez, a single person, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney
<br />at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the
<br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December
<br />23, 2010, and identified as Document No. 201009659, conveying to Trustee, his successors and
<br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Six (6) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and all that portion of vacated alley
<br />vacated by Ordinance No. 5070 recorded in Book 22, Page 306 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, lying between Lots Three (3) and
<br />Four (4), and Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Six (6), Kernohan & Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING the
<br />South Half (S'/2) of the vacated alley adjacent to Lot Five (5), Block Six (6),
<br />Kernohan & Decker's addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that
<br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore
<br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto
<br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and
<br />through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges
<br />thereunto belonging or appertaining.
