<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 30 day of S iV6 , 2025. The Trustor
<br />(whether one or more) is GRAND ISLAND DISPOSAL, INC., a Nebraska corporation, whose
<br />mailing address is 2150 Manchester Road, Suite 101, Wheaton, IL 60187. The Trustee is Zachary
<br />J. Butz, Attorney -at -Law, whose mailing address is 308 North Locust, Suite 501, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801. The Beneficiary (whether one or more) is Tommy Ummel, Sr. and Tommy
<br />Ummel, Jr., whose address for purposes of notification under this Deed of Trust is 539 S. Shady
<br />Bend Road, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following -described
<br />property located in the County of Hall, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots Two (2), and Three (3), Ummelville Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of
<br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real
<br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />collectively referred to as the "Property".
<br />This Deed of Trust shall secure (a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's
<br />note of even date herewith in the principal sum of ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and
<br />NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,050,000.00) which has a stated maturity date of June 1, 2045, and any
<br />and all modifications, extensions, and renewals thereof or thereto, and any and all future advances
<br />and re -advances to Trustor hereunder pursuant to one or more promissory notes or credit
<br />
