Buyer is the trustor <br />under this Security Instrument. Buyer's address is 304 Shady Bend Way Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />(C) "Seller" is Devon Bank. Seller is a banking corporation organized and existing under the laws of Illinois. <br />Seller's address is 6445 N. Western Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60645. Seller is the beneficiary under this Security <br />Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Stewart Title Guaranty Company <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note titled "Murabaha Real Estate Acquisition and Resale Agreement" signed by <br />Buyer and dated April 11, 2025. The Note states that Buyer owes Seller Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Three <br />Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars and Ninety -Two Cents Dollars (U.S. $712,393.92),which includes a loan amount of <br />$296,910.00. Buyer has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later <br />than 05/01/2055 . <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the Property." <br />(G) "Murabaha Debt" means the debt evidenced by the Note, and all sums due under this Security Instrument. <br />(H) "Riders" mean all Riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by Buyer.
