<br /> the Trustee, Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, for all
<br /> fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable

<br /> By virtue of said default, Norwest Bank Nebraska, National
<br /> Association, has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br /> property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
