<br />successors in such office, as such, hereinafter with successors and assigns called the Mortgagee,
<br />WITNESSETH: That Mortgagor, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty -Three Thousand and no /100 Dollars
<br />($53,000.00), paid by Mortgagee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has Granted and Sold and by these presents does Grant,
<br />Bargain, Sell, Assign, Convey and Confirm unto the Mortgagee, and successors and assigns, forever, the following- described property,
<br />situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />LOT 9, BLOCK 69, WHEELER AND BENNETTS SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with the appurtenances thereto belonging and all fixtures now or hereafter attached thereto or used in connection with the
<br />premises herein described and in addition thereto the following described household appliances, which are, and shall be deemed to be.
