<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, Joba L. Mencia Zuniga and Enrique Garcia Castaneda, wife
<br />and husband, of the. City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executed a Deed of
<br />Trust dated October 11, 2022, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska on October 26, 2022, as Instrument Number
<br />202207626 of the Mortgage Record, in said office, conveying to
<br />CHARTER WEST BANK,
<br />certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned
<br />therein. Said real estate is described as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (1), Houghkirk Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom a tract of land
<br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 95-102886.
<br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said
<br />trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE
<br />DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />CHARTER WEST BANK, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present
<br />owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said
<br />owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which it has under and by virtue
<br />of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly
<br />described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that said Trust Deed is,
<br />by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely released, canceled and
<br />forever discharged.
