<br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this (2) day of OCA -6)9Q.7 , 2023, by 
<br />MAINSTREET NORTH, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, being the current owner of 
<br />Unit Twenty -Two (22), Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums ("Owner"), RAYMOND J. 
<br />O'CONNOR and JENNIFER S. O'CONNOR, husband and wife, Declarant under the Declaration 
<br />of Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums ("Declarant"), and MAINSTREET STATION 
<br />BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS UNIT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Nebraska nonprofit 
<br />corporation (the "Association"), for themselves and for their successors, grantees, and assigns.

<br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 12, 2020, as 
<br />Instrument No. 202003005, an Amendment to Declaration of Mainstreet Station Business 
<br />Condominiums was filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />on June 8, 2020, as Instrument No. 202003762, and a Second Amendment to Declaration of 
<br />Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums was filed of record in the Office of the Register of 
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 3, 2021, as Instrument No. 202103646 (collectively the 
<br />"Declaration"), which Declaration was recorded against the following described real estate, to -wit: 
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot 2 and ALL of Lots 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 
<br />9, Continental Gardens, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
