<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, City National Bank and Trust Company,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by George R. Dunham and
<br />Loretta J. Dunham, husband and wife, as Trustor to City National Bank and Trust Company,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of August 27, 2001, and
<br />recorded August 29, 2001, Instrument No 0200108678 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
