<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jaime
<br />Sanroman and Kenya Sanroman, husband and wife, Trustor, to John M Cunningham, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 15,
<br />2008 in which Dawn M. Peard, a single person, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being
<br />recorded May 16, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200804263, which was assigned over to Pathway
<br />Bank, under the Assignment of Deed of Trust executed by Dawn M. Peard, Assignor, to
<br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Assignee, under the Assignment of Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 28, 2012, said Assignment of Deed of Trust being recorded July 31, 2012 as
<br />Instrument No. 201206282 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $93,000.00 has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty -Two (22), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1505 W Koenig St, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 15th day of June, 2022.
