<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />TAYLOR J. HOFFMANN AND BETHANY C. HOFFMANN, FKA BETHANY C. HOBAN, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated May 17, 2018 and filed
<br />May 24, 2018 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as
<br />Instrument #201803271 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deeds of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOTS SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8) AND NINE (9), LEISURE VALLEY LAKE SUBDIVISION, IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
